Can I pay on delivery?

A product arrived in less than optimal conditions, what can I do?

We take extreme care in preparing our packages.

But let's be honest, something can always happen.

Couriers (we don't blame them) are always in a hurry and packages are literally thrown sometimes. This, although very rarely, can damage something. In that case, we are really sorry.

But we are ready to fix and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

WHAT TO DO

If it happens, write to us at info@matrimia.it explaining what happened and sending us photos of the damage if possible, our Assistance team will intervene promptly.

We know, it's always a pain. These are things that we hope never happen, but that can always happen. We will do everything we can to make you smile again as soon as possible, we promise.

I want to see my orders in my account, how do I do it?

To see the orders in your account, if you are registered, just go to matrimia.it/account.

If you are not already registered, you will always have to register at the link matrimia.it/account.

What days of the week do you ship?

As a company policy we only ship on 2 specific days of the week. Tuesday and Thursday.

Can I get free shipping?

You can get free shipping when you reach the inside of the cart with a spend greater than or equal to 60€.

How long does the package take to arrive (Italy)?

Shipping to Italy via GLS or Poste, requires 2 working days of delivery, to which 2 days of order processing are added. In 4 working days you will receive your package.

What are the special shipping zones (Italy)?

A different rate is calculated for: Sardinia, Sicily, Elba

Are your products suitable for allergy sufferers and intolerant people?
